Today I am aware...I am aware of the paths that take me to my wisdom...my heart...I am aware that I can get off track at times, but if I sit quietly with my self...if I breathe...and then breathe deeper the paths come back into focus...Today, I am aware to be still enough in order to be calm enough to bring the paths back into focus...

Be aware of the silver lining...there are things going on that are causing me to question myself...to question who I am...to wonder if things will get better...and then I see the glimmer...the positive effect..even during this difficult and confusing time...bringing me back to my heart...back to my peace and allowing me to solve some things and accept others...and I smile...I am aware of the silver lining...
