Today I am reflecting on my week...I revisit being aware...nourishing myself...and being joyful...and understanding why these have been important messages...I am dealing with my heart in a healthy way...I am repairing...I am mending...I am emerging...By reflecting I can see that being gentle with myself is opening my eyes to see my emotional self in a positive way.
